Cancellation
Please be advised that if an order is placed less than three working days prior to the requested delivery date, cancellation and refund requests cannot be accommodated. Due to the bespoke nature of our bakery products, preparation—including baking, decorating, and customisation—commences well in advance.
As each item is crafted specifically for your order, once production has begun, modifications or cancellations are not feasible. This policy enables us to maintain the highest quality standards while minimising food waste.

Issues or faults
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing orders@jadorebakery.uk. Kindly include the following:
1. A clear photograph showing the fault
2. Your order number
Our team will promptly review your case and work with you to resolve the matter.

Wrong delivery address
 If you spot any changes before dispatch, we are happy to make amendments. However, if already dispatched, we can not make any changes and are not responsible for lost parcels.
